Return Policy

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order of VitaQQ, because we stand behind the product — and because we know this demographic has been burned before. That trust matters to us.

Eligibility conditions:

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must be met:

  • The request is submitted within 90 days of the delivery date (not order date)
  • The product was used consistently as directed for a minimum of 14 days before requesting a return
  • No more than one bottle per order is eligible for refund — multi-bottle purchases are refunded on unopened bottles only, at the per-unit price
  • This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only; repeat orders are not eligible
  • You must contact us at help.mskoff@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience before a return label is issued; returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

What this covers:

No results after consistent use. Product arrived damaged or incorrect. Adverse reaction requiring discontinuation.

What this does not cover:

Change of mind after opening. Purchased as a gift. Ordered the wrong product. Dissatisfaction with taste alone after full use.

Refunds:

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of return receipt.

EU customers: You retain your statutory 14-day cooling-off right regardless of the above.
